Our steaks and roasts are U.S.D.A., aged hand cut beef seasoned with a house blend recipe; grilled hot or slow-roasted.  We can also hand cut your steak or Prime Rib to your size specification – please ask your server.

Tenderloin Filet - 1/2 pound of Schussler’s finest and most popular Filet Mignon of very high quality and dry aged

Tenderloin Ala Oscar - Our grilled Filet Mignon topped with a crabmeat blend, asparagus spears, and flavorful Hollandaise Sauce

Caesar Tenderloin - Our Filet Mignon steel grilled, topped with a rich butter sauce of Parmesan, garlic, and pesto

Black 'n Bleu Tenderloin - A grilled Filet Mignon "blackened" and topped with our Bleu Cheese butter sauce

Snow Cap Tenderloin - The Gourmet Surf and Turf!  Scallops, Shrimp, Lobster, and crabmeat blend sautéed, folded into Mornay Sauce, and drenched over our Filet Mignon (grilled to your liking)
